What is your work like?
My job is focused on supporting KK’s business with one of our big customers. There is a common agreement within the wind industry to continuously bring down the cost of energy and of course KK wants to be ahead in this game. My job is directly linked to bringing down the cost of energy as I am working on a cross-functional level to coordinate our cost-out activities that enable more efficient and cost-effective solutions for our customers. I analyze data and ensure an overview of products and platforms. In addition to this, I am also working on identifying new business opportunities that can be integrated into our existing services. Finally, I am responsible for a number of sales coordinators where we aim to secure a high focus and performance towards all customer interfaces.
However, what makes us really good at what we do, is our ability to inspire and help each other. If one colleague has found a smarter way of doing things, we share this knowledge with each other.
Why do you work at KK?
Generally, I think it should be fun to go to work - and by fun I mean having exciting challenges. I enjoy that my job is a mix of tasks – from deep diving into nerdy cost analyses to customer relations. I like the feeling of winning new business opportunities and to see them implemented. It makes me really proud to be part of successful projects.
KK is by far more exciting than I imagined when I started. It is an interesting business and the company is very serious about its business strategy and organisational development. There is a constructive and positive cooperation in the company – both between departments and between the executive management and the organisation. This is something that I deeply respect.
How do you contribute to the Wind Power Wizards culture in KK?
I work proactively with cost-out to mutual benefit for customers and KK and convert new ideas to new business. I strive to provide a professional support so KK will be perceived as the most professional company within our field.
