Your report can include information regarding violations or actions that breach EU or national laws. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.
Your message will be securely handled
Our whistleblowing platform is provided by an external partner, WhistleB, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected, and all messages are processed in confidence. The whistleblower platform is separate from our organisation’s IT environment. WhistleB does not track IP addresses or other data that could identify a person sending a message. Messages are encrypted and can only be decrypted by designated individuals. WhistleB cannot decrypt and read messages
Filing a report
Your message is submitted easily and securely by following the instructions in the form. After you have sent your message, you will receive an ID and a password on the screen. Securely save these details. You will remain anonymous throughout this dialogue. Within 7 calendar days, we may post a response or a follow-up question for you.
The whistleblower platform can be accessed on any device, including smartphones. If you are an employee, we recommend you access the channel from a device not connected to our intranet.
