KK has released a One Stop Shop portal where all our spare parts customers can be enrolled.
The portal provides a number of advantages, one of them being the obvious benefit that one-stop-shopping allows planners and site personnel to act with much higher speed when identifying, ordering and receiving a high-speed delivery which will result in more uptime for a wind turbine park.
Convenience – At your fingertips
In the One Stop Shop it is possible to find the components by search. The components are accompanied by manuals, data sheets and in some cases a list of recommendations. Hence, each site operator or turbine responsible can gain a benefit from this.
”The release of One Stop Shop is a strong landmark for our customers and they will now experience that they can get the product information they are looking for much faster and easier, get an overview of the products’ availability and also order the product immediately after they have identified it. Especially on the North American market we have experienced soaring requests for information about KK Wind Solutions products such as circuit boards, anemometers and other products," explains Carsten Brinck, Chief Service Officer (CSO) and continues:
"This has resulted in an increased workload internally and our customers have experienced our response times as “lengthy”. With the One Stop Shop all of this is available at the fingertips of enrolled customers 24 hours per day at any location.”
