What is your work like?
I provide legal assistance on the activities within the organisation on a group level. Legal assistance may be provided in all matters in which legal conditions are involved such as contract drafting and contract negotiations towards both suppliers and customers. In addition to this, I am for example also responsible for the handling of intellectual property rights as for domains and trademarks and I act as the contact person towards external legal advisors.
Why do you work at KK?
The opportunity to make use of my legal skills in a broad variety of assignments appeals to me. The combination of understanding the day-to-day operations of the company and bridging the needs of the business with legal considerations and/or demands is what motivates me - especially in a fast growing international company as KK Wind Solutions. I am involved in large projects carried out in cross-functional teams throughout the organization and thereby I also experience the diversity and true team spirit of our company. These are just some of the characteristics of the company that I really appreciate and enjoy being a part of.
How do you contribute to the Wind Power Wizards culture in KK?
For me it is all about one’s own mindset and approach towards reaching the set targets with personal drive and commitment. Thus, the Legal Department contributes to the wind power wizard culture by being very proactive and by acting as business partners and therefore being able to support on matters involving legal advice which take strategic, commercial and technical aspects of the company into consideration.
